Who ist Zephram

Zephram was founded in 2006 by Engineering graduates Jana Görs, René Chelvier and Graham Horton as a spin-off of the University of Magdeburg. The company was a result of a research project on the systematic production and evaluation of ideas. These origins in Engineering still determine Zephram’s approach.

For larger client projects, such as idea factories and innovation projects, Zephram employs freelancers. These work as Idea Engineers and in the Support and Post Production Teams.

Zephram’s motto is “Ideas are the raw material of the future!” It is therefore our goal to help our clients develop the best ideas and innovations possible.

Our Approach

Zephram approaches the design and running of the Front End of Innovation as an Engineering task. This means we use methods and tools which produce a calculable and reliable innovation process.

Our Engineering approach also means that – in contrast to others – our work ist constructive, rational and tool-based.
